NBA Superstar and certainly Miami’s most beloved, is selling his triplex penthouse at Vizcayne. The 4,178 sq. ft. condominium comes fully furnished, which might draw a pretty penny from some enthusiasts who want to eat breakfast in the same seat the future Hall of Famer used to eat at.
While some skeptical folks out there might think this is an early sign that the Big 3 will be dismembering and Dwayne Wade will be shipped out of town, that’s not happening. Dwayne has another property in Miami including a Miami Beach home that he lives in with his sons and the lovely Gabrielle Union. He is rumored to have a penthouse at 900 Biscayne that was custom built just for him as well but who really knows.
